Thank you so much for posting this easy recipe! Just made it with my kids to take to a family dinner later. I left out egg and tweaked slightly to work with what I had but... It's wonderful!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Nanette,
I always double the recipe and it makes enough for the bird and another casserole dish. If you are doing it that way, be sure to bake the stuffing covered for about 35-45 minutes at 350˚ Fahrenheit in a covered dish after you make it on the stove. Sometimes I have to add a little bit more broth to it before I put it into the oven so it doesn't dry out. But when you do it that way it has a nice texture similar to when it comes out of the bird. Are you using vegetable broth? Have a very happy Thanksgiving!

How much dressing does this make? I need to figure out how much to make for the bird and some for the vegetarians on the side.

Thanks.
