		<description>Thank you for providing these video links.  Often the biggest issue facing Celiacs is the lack of understanding of friends and extended family members who then unknowingly put pressure on them to eat gluten - it will be ok, have just a small piece etc.

These videos are a great resource for helping to improve understanding without conflict.</description>
