Caryn Talty Homemade Corn-Free Baking Powder

August 7th, 2007 by Caryn Talty | 480 Views | Comments2 Comments

Baking Soda

This recipe is from Suzanne:

This baking powder works perfectly in all my recipes. I also make it up in a larger quantity ahead of time even though some sources tell you to only use it freshly mixed.

I make my own corn free baking powder from:

1 part baking soda
2 parts cream of tartar
2 parts arrowroot starch

Thanks Suzanne!!
